Tai Chi classes for seniors offered at Sandrift Community Center
TITUSVILLE, Fla.— Tai Chi classes are being offered for seniors at Sandrift Community Center, 585 North Singleton Avenue in Titusville.
Classes are held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4-5 p.m., beginning Tuesday, April 3. The cost is $3 per class.
Tai Chi students will focus on preventing falls through practicing Tai Chi.
This class is sponsored by Brevard County Parks and Recreation Department’s North Area Parks Operations.
